Rhythmic gymnastic (RG), is more than just a sport, rhythmic gymnastic is a synonym for discipline, grace, flexibility, expressiveness, dynamics, balance and a lot of fun.

The special training facility for competitive RG in Duesseldorf would like to encourage talented young girls to take up rhythmic gymnastics as a competitive sport. Girls taking up this beautiful sport, quickly develop a level of confidence and independence, unusual for children of their age.

Our training facility provides for competitive RG to a very high level. General gymnastics, advanced RG, children's dance and ballet are also offered.

We would like to mention the fact that we have gymnasts of various nationalities, social and intercultural skills are of great importance to us. Internationally experienced trainers combined with our first class training facilities justifies the success of our young gymnasts in regional, national and international competitions, including the German National Championships. The special training facility is a recognized German selection cadre center. It is managed by the SSV  Duesseldorf-Knittkuhl 1972 e.V.
